We have busier lives than ever before, now we also have mindfulness, a skill to bring balance back to your work and home life.
A strong scientific evidence base has shown the many benefits of bringing mindfulness into your life at work and home.
Put simply, mindfulness is being aware of where your mind is. Wandering, ruminating, distracted or perhaps focused.
Our lives are busier than ever and we easily become overloaded, mentally, emotionally and physically. Being aware of where your mind is throughout the day helps to respond more wisely, rather than automatically sliding through the day.
Reduce stress, increase happiness, reduce hypertension and blood pressure, anxiety and depression are just a few of the potential benefits of bringing mindfulness into your life.
It takes practise! About 10 minutes a day, along with an education of how mindfulness works will set you up for a long lasting beneficial skill which brings benefit after benefit.
My training is interactive, embraces reverse learning and creates environments which bring a deep learning experience.
With thousands of hours of training delivery and university lecturing I confidently bring your teams into a learning mindset and ensure delegates get the highest value from their experience.
Courses will vary depending on your needs. A 1/2 day workshop or 1 day training would focus on an overview of one specific topic i.e. Mindfulness, Wellbeing or Resilience.
A longer running 4-8 week course would ensure your delegates develop a concrete understanding, application and long-term practise with lots of opportunity to put their learning into action week to week with activities to support their development between days.
